Lucy looked surprised for a split second before raising an eyebrow and giving Jim a heated stare. "Is that so?" she asked, her voice low and sultry. "Well, I suppose I could give you what you're asking for. But Jim, I must warn you - things might get a little... intense."

She licked her lips, letting her hand run down Jim's chest as she leaned in closer. "I've always loved playing doctor, especially when my patient is such a good boy," she whispered into his ear, her breath hot against his skin. Her hand reached his lower region, squeezing gently. "But I have to make sure everything is just right before we get started," she murmured as she started unbuttoning Jim's shirt slowly.

Her voice grew husky with desire. "Now, be a good patient and undo your pants for me." She winked, giving the tip of Jim's nose a playful tap with her finger as she pulled away slightly. "Let's see if we
